Il cuscinetto radiale della serie GE è un cuscinetto scorrevole sferico con un singolo design dell'anello esterno a fessura (alcuni modelli includono scanalature di lubrificazione, fori di lubrificazione o strutture di tenuta), adatto per carichi radiali del cuscinetto e carichi assiali ad determinati angoli. I suoi vantaggi fondamentali includono:

Funzione di auto -centraggio: La struttura di scorrimento sferica ad anello interno ed esterno può compensare automaticamente la deviazione angolare tra l'albero e la sede del cuscinetto (consentendo un angolo di inclinazione di ± 15 °).

Elevata capacità di carico:L'intervallo di carico statico copre 1475KN (come GE70UK2RS) a specifiche più elevate e il carico dinamico si adatta ai requisiti delle condizioni di lavoro dinamiche.

Ottimizzazione della lubrificazione: Alcuni modelli (come i modelli GE ... ES) sono dotati di scanalature e fori di lubrificazione, supportando la lubrificazione esterna; Il modello auto-lubrificante (come GE ... ET-2RS) utilizza materiali compositi a base di politetrafluoroetilene o rame per ridurre la frequenza di manutenzione di 6913.

Durata: Fosfating superficiale, placcatura cromata dura e altri processi migliorano la resistenza alla corrosione e la resistenza all'usura, adatti per ambienti industriali pesanti
